EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy

At NOMIDU, we offer exchange only within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds.

Exchange Conditions

For an exchange, the product must be returned to us in its original condition. The following deductions will apply if the packaging is damaged:

Box damaged: Rs. 80 deduction
Cap broken: Rs. 20 deduction
Label damaged: Rs. 20 deduction

Exchange Process

The exchange process will only begin once we receive your parcel safely at our address.

To request an exchange, please fill out our Exchange Request Form. After receiving and checking your parcel, we will process your exchange accordingly.
